1. SERVICES PROVIDED

BM Advisory Co. provides financial advisory, coaching, and consulting services including but not limited to:

• Free Financial Diagnostic sessions
• Group coaching programs (Profit and Peace)
• One-on-one financial advisory services
• Educational content, ebooks, and financial assessments

2. NOT FINANCIAL OR LEGAL ADVICE

Results from our services may vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

3. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

When you book a session with BM Advisory Co.:

• You agree to attend your scheduled appointment on time
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows without notice may result in loss of access to rescheduling
• BM Advisory Co. reserves the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice

4. PAYMENT TERMS

For paid services and programs:

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is agreed upon
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed case by case
• Chargebacks without prior communication will result in immediate termination of services

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by BM Advisory Co. — including ebooks, worksheets, course materials, coaching frameworks, and website content — is the intellectual property of BM Advisory Co. and is protected by copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our materials without written permission
• Personal use of purchased materials is permitted
• Sharing login credentials or program access with others is strictly prohibited

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any financial information, personal details, or business information you share with BM Advisory Co. during sessions or consultations will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BM Advisory Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on our content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

When using our services, you agree not to:
